
Šumadijski čaj se u našim krajevima pravi od šljivovice, a može i od komovice. U metalnu(emajliranu) posudu stavite četiri kašike sećera da se karamelizuje.
Kada to postignete, skinite sa ringle pa dodajte odmah 250 ml rakije, jačine od 17 do 20 gradi i 250 ml vode. Vratite na ringlu da prokuva i da se šećer rastopi. Služiti toplo, pošto se kuvana rakija pije dok je vruća!
SASTOJCI: četiri kašike šećera, 250ml rakije, 250ml vode.
